Amazing transgender plastic surgery transformation before and after

Iconic and famous transgender sugar baby, Cluam Sutherland, 21 from Australia underwent an amazing plastic surgery transformation in Korea.

Cluam Sutherland’s before and current photo (3months post op)

Transgender sugar baby, Cluam Sutherland, 21, is an iconic and fabulous influencer from Melbourne, Australia that has undergone plastic surgery procedures in Korea.

She shared her dramatic surgery experience on her popular YouTube channel and gained almost 1M views within a month. Cluam Sutherland received three different procedures together which was forehead reduction, fat grafting and jawline reduction a.k.a. V-line surgery at the plastic surgery hospital in Korea. She was appointed as the hospital’s beauty ambassador after the dramatic transformation.

When people asked don’t’ you mind sharing your before and after photos? Because most of youtubers just want to look good as much as possible. Cluam Sutherland said; “I absolutely love to share my before and after photos. It’s real and hilarious! I don’t take life seriously and believe my followers will love it too. It’s also a great content as it’s a true transition”.

South Korea has a large number of plastic surgery clinics because of its popularity and the majority clinics are situated in Gangnam District. Patients from over a 100 countries have visited the hospital Korea to get surgeries. Among the overseas patients, facial contouring is a popular choice. One of the driving factors for its popularity is the level of dramatic transformation they can delivery.

Another driving factor is the surgeon’s skills. Most patients who come for revision surgery are dissatisfied with the minimal amount of bone shaving their previous surgeons have done, and want to seek a more dramatic reduction in their face size. Due to the surgeons having a great number of clinical experiences with the surgeries, they can safely reduce a larger amount of the jaw bone, while still making the results look very natural.
The most popular surgical procedure is the V-line surgery, which consists of mandible angle reduction and chin genioplasty. With this surgery, the angular part of the jaw is shaved along with the chin and changes the contour of the whole jaw.
Another popular FFS procedure is forehead reduction, which is a hairline lowering surgery, performed by pulling the hairline down to reduce the size of the forehead thus creating a more feminine look. Many patients who wish to feminize their face receive these two procedures along with other procedures that are recommended based on their individual features.
A common misconception people have of the FFS procedures is that they are only for male patients transitioning into female patients. However, all surgeries that fall under the facial feminization category are to feminize the features for anyone who wants to look more feminine.

ID Hospital Review: Kitiana Interview

Kitiana from Boston, USA, visited ID hospital to get surgery. She is one of the winners of ID Model 2019.
She had her surgeries on April 15th and after, we had a chance to interview her about her experiences here. She was able to answer some questions from our followers about her surgery experience and also gave some tips for anyone planning to get surgery at ID Hospital Korea!

ID Hospital: What surgeries did you have?
Kitiana: I had v-line, forehead reduction and face lift

ID Hospital: Why did you choose ID hospital?
Kitiana: I chose id hospital because they are the most well-known, and I’ve seen them the most growing up even before I decided to have any surgeries.

ID Hospital: Did your friends/family notice your changes?
Kitiana: Yes, they told me that they see a difference but in a very natural way. They liked how my main features still were there, just more enhanced. They were all excited about the results just like me.

ID Hospital: Do you think having those four surgeries at once was too much? Was the pain bearable?
Kitianaa: No I don’t think so. The pain was bearable. The first couple hours after the surgery, you are in pain however after that it is bearable. I had pain killers prescribed so I didn’t really feel much pain on wards. It’s just mainly discomfort from swelling.

ID Hospital: Is it hard to recognize yourself in the mirror?
Kitiana: No I think they did a good job with keeping the features that make you, you. Without changing so much to the point that you can’t recognize yourself.

ID Hospital: How was your healing process? Did you have any challenges?
Kitiana: I came to Korea by myself, because no one could take the time off work to come with me. I will have to say that I recommend bringing someone with you along so you aren’t alone. But if you do end up coming alone, it is still bearable. The first 3 days after surgery I would say is the most difficult. However, the hospital staff really took good care of me. After the surgery, I felt very nauseated because of the anesthesia, but when I informed the staff, they allowed me to stay another night at the hospital and showed me ways to get rid of the nauseated feeling such as teaching me breathing exercise. The first week was difficult because I couldn’t really eat normal food; I mainly just had porridge and juice.
ID Hospital: Do you have any regrets?
Kitiana: No. Even though coming and being here alone was hard, I’m actually glad I did it because I think it’s good to have that sense of soul searching and have that independence of doing something I’ve always wanted to do. I have no regrets and I’m very happy with everything.

How do you feel after having all the surgeries? Are you satisfied with the results?
Kitiana: I am more than satisfied. The way they did the surgery was very tasteful. I got just the right amount of feminine touch that I needed. I really love it.
Do you look like what you had imagined you’d look like after the surgery?
Kitiana: The first three days NO! HAHA I looked like a chipmunk. But once the swelling started to go down I started seeing the results and even till now I can see more changes day by day!

Forehead Reduction Surgery Review

ID Hospital Forehead Reduction surgery review

Cherry is a broadcaster. She decided to have surgery because she didn't like the way she looked on screen. We had a chance to interview her after the surgery and she shared some personal hardships she experienced because of her looks. She also talks about how her forehead reduction surgery really changed her life. Continue reading to find out what she's been up to since surgery!

Before/after  forehead reduction surgery

ID Hospital: Hello Cherry! Great to see you again. Could you please tell our viewers what surgeries you had at ID hospital?
Cherry: Thank you ID hospital! It's great to be back. I had v-line surgery, zygoma reduction, rhinoplasty, double eyelid and ptosis correction surgery, fat grafting and forehead reduction surgery.

Before the surgery

ID Hospital: How have you been after the surgery?
Cherry: After my forehead reduction surgery, I’ve been participating in official broadcasting channels but also been working hard on my personal channel as well.

ID Hospital: What made you decide to have surgery?
Cherry: Before being on the media, my forehead wasn’t a huge problem for me. But after I started my media career, I realized more and more that appearance is very important in this industry. But out of all my features, my forehead was my biggest insecurity. When I would see my face on screen, my unsymmetrical facial structure and bumpy forehead line was always bugging me so I decided to have surgery.

Before/after forehead reduction in ID Hospital

ID Hospital: What were some difficulties you experienced before the surgery?
Cherry: Before my forehead reduction surgery, I always wore my bangs down. I would always try to hide my forehead with my bags, so I couldn’t really concentrate on streaming. Even my viewers would notice that I was stressing out on my bangs, so they would also point it out. My viewers would tell me that I look like Wong Fei-Hung (a famous Chinese martial artist who also has a large forehead). Because my wide forehead has been my biggest insecurity, those words would hit me hard. That's when I would realize that I really wanted to get forehead reduction surgery.

AFTER SURGERY

ID Hospital: What is your favorite thing that has improved after forehead reduction surgery?
Cherry: I really like how I don’t need to concentrate on my bangs to cover my forehead anymore. My insecurities on my forehead has improved so I can be more confident on screen. I also feel like my viewers also prefer my new confident self rather than my old insecure self. They have been supportive of me.
Cherry during broadcasting

What do you hear most after surgery?
Cherry: After surgery, every time I broadcast, I would get many comments from people saying that I’m beautiful and that I look like a celebrity, so I feel really great haha

ID Hospital: What are your future plans?
Cherry: I would like to work harder and widen my field on my broadcasting career. I’d also love to collaborate with other broadcasters if I get the opportunity.

ID Hospital: Any last words you’d like to say?
Cherry: I asked my surgeon to make my results as natural as possible and he really did give me the most natural results. I’m so thankful and grateful every day!

Cambodian girl, Thy Sovantha's after surgery review of ID Hospital Korea ♥

Name: Thy Sovantha
Nationality: Cambodia
Symptom: Upturned and bulbous nose / Square jaw
Surgery: V-line facial contouring surgery / Revisional rhinoplasty

Before surgery

Hi, my name is Thy and I'm from Cambodia.
I had my first rhinoplasty few years ago but wasn't very happy with it.
So I decided to have another touch to it and started searching for a hospital that does a good job with revision surgeries.

While searching I found ID Hospital in Korea and also found out that they are the only hospital in Korea specializing in bone surgeries. They were the hospital that does the amazing plastic surgery makeover show, 'Let Me In'!

I contacted the hospital through their free online consultation and the consultants were very kind. They helped me to get my visa permitted as well.
After getting everything ready, I flew over to Korea and it was easy for me to get to the hospital as they provided a limousine pick up service :)

Then I met my doctors, Dr. Kwon for facial contouring surgery and Dr. Choi for rhinoplasty.
Both of them were very gentle and seemed very professional.
Before the surgery, I had to go through a lot of health examinations such as ECG, blood check, X-ray and etc. I asked them why and the nurses told me because my safety is their top priority. How sweet!

And yes, of course I was very nervous on the surgery day but I laid on the bed, fell asleep after few seconds and when I was up, everything was done!

For the first few weeks I was very very swollen. This picture was when it was about 2 weeks after surgery. That day I got the stitches removed in my mouth. The stitch removal was a bit painful but was not as bad as what I thought it would be.

After Surgery

Now I’m back in Cambodia and it has been a little more than 3months after surgery. All of the swellings and my square jaw is gone, my bulbous nose is much slimmer than before.
I still have some minor swellings left but am already happy with the results and can’t wait to see the final result.
Thank you Dr. Kwon and Choi for the great works!
