Surgery: "No-Tie" Orthognathic Surgery
<Before Surgery>
This is my update after 6 months hehe.
At first when I had surgery, it hurt so
much I thought I made the wrong choice by having surgery. But after five days
there was no pain. Now I can even chew on really hard candy and there is no
pain or discomfort hehe. I was worried that there would be bad side effects
after surgery but the surgery turned out so well so I am extremely happy. ^-^
I think a surgery like orthognathic surgery
should be done at a specialist hospital like ID Hospital in order to have the
best results!
The first few days after surgery, the
swelling was extreme so I couldn’t go around freely. I don’t know if I am the
type where swelling goes away quickly but after about two months there was
almost no swelling left so I could put on makeup and go out with friends
without any problem. Right now I look so different from before surgery that
there are many people who don’t recognize me. If I didn’t say that I had
surgery because the results are so natural no one would know hehe. I am so glad
that I decided to have orthognathic surgery. I have so much more confidence and
now whenever I take pictures it doesn’t matter which angle because it turns out
well. Before surgery I really disliked taking pictures and I didn’t really make
an effort to go out and meet with friends either.
After orthognathic surgery I am living a
new life! J Now that it’s been six months there is no discomfort to the point
where I almost forgot I had surgery. It feels like this has been my jaw all
along. ^^
