"It’s been 2 months.

My nose tip was chubby, plump, and bulbous. I had no nose bridge, too.

Because of my major, I was often on the stage, but I was always stressed out by my nose since it was in the middle of my face.

So, I decided to undergo nose surgery. The rhinoplasty was performed on the nasal dorsum and bridge too, but it mostly focused on the nasal tip.

The doctor said that if the nose dorsum and bridge were augmented too much, then my profile would be similar to that of an Avatar and the center of the nose would look too long.

After the surgery, well, I am extremely satisfied. Everyone around me says that my nose tip is just awesome and looks prettier than Ga-In Han’s nose. I love my nose so much!

The tip still looks sharp, but it will become more and more natural as time goes by, 6 months later and 1 year later. I hope that time would go faster :)

It is possible to make a pig’s nose after rhinoplasty~!!!

It used to be impossible to make a pig nose after nose surgery. HOWEVER, it becomes an old story~ By using 'carving silicone,' natural and freely moving nasal tip is achievable. Let's take a look at what Dr. Chung said.

Celebrities who took a rest for a while showed up on the programs and got suspected for plastic surgeries. Then, the celebs would make a pig’s nose or squeeze their nasal tips to prove that they did not have nose surgery because it is said that people who had undergone rhinoplasty are not able to bend their nose tip upward or squeeze their nose.

According to Seung Il Chung, a plastic specialist at ID Hospital, “Depending on the types of implants and surgical methods, nose tip can be freely moved. These days, flexible and customized ‘carving silicones’ are used for rhinoplasty, flipping nose upward is possible and a natural nose is achievable.”

In the past, individuals’ different nose shapes were not considered and the same silicone implants were used for different shape of nose. So, the result of nose surgery seemed unnatural. Therefore, complications sometimes occurred. For example, when people touched their noses, the silicone implants were not tightly held in the nose, but movable, or in the worst case, the silicone was protruding out at the tip of nose.

Carving silicone implant, on the other hand, is customized to each individual, so the implant is tightly fixed, reducing concerns for implant deviation or movement. In addition, the silicone is much more flexible and softer, the tip of nose can be moved naturally, so the fact that an individual underwent a nose surgery is deceivable.

Dr. Chung also states that “An incision will be made inside the nostrils along the mucous membrane, not on the nasal columella. There will not be any visible scars, so it is even more unnoticeable. Moreover, the cost of rhinoplasty by using a carving silicone is reasonable since the surgical method augments the nasal dorsum and minimally revises the tip of nose. Therefore, this type of nose surgery is specifically effective for those who want to improve the minor bumps on the noses or to augment low/flat nasal bridge.”
