A real review of rhinoplasty, double eyelids surgery, canthoplasty, and fat graft

Before surgery

Small eyes, flat nose and flat forehead were always my inferiority complex since I was young. And I always had a bang hair to cover my flat forehead. I wanted to change my look and had a tons of research to find the best plastic surgery hospital and decided to do the surgery at ID Hospital! These pictures were taken before the surgery. Look at my eyes, nose, flat forehead, and nasolabial line.. look so bad!

Surgery day

I came to ID by 8:30 am and took a x-ray then met Dr. Il Hwan Kim, then I headed to the operation room. As soon as I got the anesthetic injection, I immediately fell asleep. I thought it had been only a few hours but it was 5 pm when I woke up.  I slept for a long time at the recovery room. I still felt dizzy after waking up from the anesthesia. When I got home, I could start eating with the rice. The nurse told me that it would be better to avoid having wheat, spicy or salty food but I ate them all :) But I had some pumpkin juice to help reducing the swellings.

A week after surgery

It's been a week since I underwent the surgery. I removed the stitches and splint and also got the skin care. It was a little bit painful when I removed the stitches and splint but the pain was bearable. My friend who came along with me kept asking me if it was painful but the pain was not bad as I expected. There was no pain on my eyes and nose at all and also the ear was not painful if it was not touched. But the abdominal area where the fats were removed from was a little bit painful but I did not feel any pain when I wear the abdominal binder. I just hope the time goes by faster :)

2 weeks after surgery

I still feel the swelling on my eyes. Whenever I go out, cap and simple make-up are necessary! I tried to be careful of forehead, cheekbone, and nasolabial lines were not touched by the cap. As the swellings were going down, love band (a.k.a 'aegyosal') has started to be seen. Also, nose line has been natural looking. I'm sure I will look more beautiful as time goes by!

A month after surgery

It's been a month already since I had the surgery. People around me keep saying that I have been looking so much pretty than before the surgery! The major swellings on my eyes are almost subdued and just the minor swellings are on my nose and middle of the forehead. The area where I got the fat graft on has been subdued and my friends say that I do not need 2nd procedure of it but I would like to do it again because it gives me a younger look and I got rid of nasolabial lines. I highly recommend you the fat graft, eyelids surgery and rhinoplasty!!

3 months after surgery

I just got the second procedure of fat graft a few days ago. I've done it once so I was not nervous at all. I got it on the same spots as the first time; forehead, cheekbone, and nasolabial line. This picture is taken right after done with the surgical design. Don't I look so natural? >_< My face has got more volume after the second procedure of the fat graft. 

10 months after surgery

10 months after surgery! It has been 5 months since the second procedure of fat graft. Time flies!! As time goes by, my swellings are going down. Double eyelids became natural and thinner. Also, I finally got a high nose bridge and a natural facial line after swellings went down. I regretted why I did not do the surgeries earlier. I become confident and made many friends :)

DO NOT HESITATE to do surgery! you will be wasting the time :)

Is it possible to have natural looking double eye lid line by incision method?

People dream about natural and effective results before they are about to get their plastic surgery. People honestly want to achieve surgery result that doesn’t have the trace of plastic surgery but is beautiful for all the others to see.
