High cheekbone creates strong first impression. Using cosmetic products to contour the facial shape only temporarily hides the high cheekbones not permanently.

To make a small face, facial contouring surgeries are in trend to minimize the actual size of the facial bones and have a V shaped face. In order to provide a maximum effect from the surgery, the osteotomy is conducted at a higher angle of the cheekbones. This way, it minimizes the face-size whilst creating voluminous face.
