Cautions For AFTER Breast Augmentation

There are many who are undergoing breast surgery

And so many websites explaining the recovery,

BUT here is a simple; straight and down to earth cautions

Position

You may lie down straight after 1 month of surgery and lie down of your front from 3^rd month of surgery.

Exercise

Please avoid any exercises that requires use of breast muscles; golf, fitness (work out), swimming, weight lifting, etc. or lifting heavy object.

Smoking and Drinking

Smoking and drinking is not allowed for 1 month.

Medications

Please take the prescribed medications as advised to prevent any infections.

Also, to prevent from capsular contracture; preventive medication is needed to be taken for 2 months after surgery.

Clothing

After surgery, sports bra for 6 ~ 9 months is to be worn (No wired bra).
