Non-incisional SMAS lifting is a procedure that inserts an elastic band under the skin to lift SMAS layer and is effective for a saggy face and deep wrinkles. Dr. Park said “collagen cells and elastin cells in the skin regenerate slower as you age, and that’s why your overall facial volume dies and wrinkles increase.” Filler is effective for forehead and front cheek where it’s easy to lose volume, and injecting botox around forehead, eye rim, and nasolabial folds with wrinkles can add more volume and make your face look lively.
