It’s been about one and a half months since
I’ve had rhinoplasty. Because of work I haven’t been able to leave a review
until now! Prior to surgery I had a hawk nose and my tip was very low. From the
front, people said I had a cute image but my side profile gave me stress,
especially when taking picture. For about a year I went to consultations and
many different hospitals. While browsing the internet and listening to other
peoples experiences, I came across ID Hospital.
I scheduled consultation right away with a
rhinoplasty specialist. My consultation experience was great-the staff were so
friendly and the doctor very knowledgeable so I ended up setting up my surgery
date right away. I used nasal septum and ear cartilage to raise my nose tip—I specifically
asked the doctor for a more dramatic look since my tip was already so low. Prior
to surgery I had a lot of worries—what if it hurts? What if it doesn’t turn out
right? But after speaking to my consultant, all my fears went away. ^^
When I woke up after surgery it didn’t hurt
at all, to the point where I wondered if I even had the procedure yet. Though I
didn’t have much swelling the day of, the two days after I looked like a
gremlin because of the swelling and bruising, though there was absolutely no
pain. It just felt uncomfortable, like the way you feel when sick with a stuffy
nose. I still had bruising when I took off the nose splint after one week.
Looking at the picture, you can probably see the bruises. The swelling has gone
away and now it looks so natural. I love how my nose looks like now. When I
meet my friends, all I hear is “Your nose is incredible,” “It turned out so
well,” “You’ve gotten prettier.” I’ve heard it so many times I’m now
overflowing with confidence lol. ^^
Lastly, I want to thank my doctor so much
for my surgery. Thank you for my rebirth. ^^ Thank you also to my consultant
for taking care of me so well! Lastly, I’ll upload a photo of what my nose
looks like now~ ^^
