For the first case, if the surgery is
conducted with the method of ‘no-tie- two-jaw surgery’ or ‘surgery-first approach two-jaw
surgery’, your look can be improved with lower jaw surgery only if your do not
have a facial asymmetry.
Number 2 is a complicated case. For this
case, we suggest a surgery that adjusts twisted jaw bone and size symmetrically and
corrects the location of your lower chin. It is the case accompanies
with a facial asymmetry that the center of face or jaw line is twisted to one
side. In this case, various surgery methods are suggested, such as ‘no-tie
two-jaw surgery’, ‘surgery-first approach two-jaw surgery’, or lower jaw

The third case is similar to the second case
but there is a slight difference between two cases; For the third case, the
upper and lower jaw will be moving to the back and the location of chin tip
will be corrected when two-jaw surgery is conducted.
For the fourth case, the size of jaw will be reduced and the jaw will be moving to the back by the surgery by surgery. It
is better to have a facial contouring surgery, called ‘V-line squared jaw
surgery’, together for this case.
Since the tip of chin is the only problem,
two-jaw surgery is not required for the fifth case. Facial contouring surgery,
