Here is one of our laser treatment precautions that is popular with our patients~
Precautions After Laser Treatment (I2PL)
1 - It
is normal to experience redness and burning sensation on the day of the treatment,
and it will fade after about 1~2 hours.
2 - You
may start washing and put on makeup from the evening. It is ideal for you to
apply rejuvenating facial cream and plenty of dedicated moisturizer; to avoid
pigmentation after treatment applying sun block with high SPF is recommended.
3 - A
thin scab may form on the treated areas and it would take about 7~10 days for
the scabs to come off naturally.
4 - Please
keep the treated areas moisturized and avoid using scrubbing products. The
scabs will take about 7~10 days for it to come off naturally and until then,
please restrain from going to the sauna; exercises that required you to sweat;
drinking alcohol and smoking.
5 - Most
of the laser treatments are effective if you receive it once every 3 weeks and
for about 3 sessions.
6 - It
is ideal for you to drink plenty of water, take vitamins; eat vegetables and
fruits.
