After surgery care is most important thing
after the surgery. The surgical result may vary depending on this.

care of yourself properly using below methods.
These will help you reduce the swelling and
go back to your daily life faster.

Lymph massage
When you wash your face or have shower or
even when you watch TV, please try this lymph massage.
Gently massage from your neck to the collar
bones, using your whole palms.
- Reduce swelling by boosting blood
circulation
- Effective for releasing the body fluid
Body stretching
Do the body stretching four times a day,
morning and night after surgery.
Please be noted, too hard stretching may
be harmful for your recovery.
- Promote relief of fatigue
- Effective for reducing swelling due to
lymph stimulation.
Warm compresses
Ice pack can be done for three or four
days after surgery and warm compresses to be done to reduce swelling and
bruises.
Put warm compresses in the boiling water
and take them out within 5 minutes. After covering it with a thin towel, place
it on to your face.
We recommend you to do this at least six
times a day, morning through night.
- Use ice packs to prevent further swelling
- Use warm compresses to relieve existing
swelling
